Activities Database

The Activities Database has been modified and updated in consultation with Practitioners and Coordinators over the last 6 months.  It is now ready for use.  All Practitioners will be issued with a password to enable individuals to upload information on a regular basis.  Please note we are now able to include activities which are due to happen and not just those that have taken place.
